Trailers Plus Ontario Legends Series is Ready to Return to Peterborough Speedway
Keeping fans entertained and on the edge of their seats are the goals of every home track racing division and travelling series. Throughout the years, drivers and teams of the Trailers Plus Ontario Legends Series have kept the crowds at Peterborough Speedway talking long after the checkered flag has waved. After the tour’s last stop at the venue known as Canada’s Toughest 3rd Mile produced a finish that went down to the wire, supporters have been counting the days ‘til the Saturday, July 24th return visit of the popular road show.
“We have some good numbers to draw from and if luck is on your side, just about anyone in the field can find their way to the winner’s circle,” said Ontario Legends Series official and spokesperson Jeff Drimmie. “Everyone works hard to get their equipment ready for action and its all about putting on a great show for the fans.”
Drimmie says the Ontario Legends Series teams are excited about being back on the track and always look forward to the events at the tight, tricky bullring on Mount Pleasant Road. Especially after the outcome of the April 10th show, fans are pumped about the tour’s return this weekend as well. After being denied regular access to their favourite sport because of the pandemic, it’s the edge of your seat thrill ride that supporters have been craving.
