Double Toonie-Fan Appreciation Nights Return to Peterborough Speedway

Short track racing thrills and excitement continue at Central Ontario’s home of Making Memories for Life. Join a night of family fun with the season’s first Double Toonie/Fan Appreciation Night, presented by Pepsi – Saturday, June 6th – at Peterborough Speedway.

Experience a great night of local motorsports with the Battlefield Equipment Rental Bone Stock, SwitchTire Mini Stock, Trent Lakes Complete Pluming Renegade Truck and Super Stock divisions, plus the opening round for the GEN-3 Electrical OMRS SportsMods. Grandstand gates open at 4:00, with the night’s first Great Canadian RV green flag at 5:00. General admission passes are just $ 4.00 and there will be a fan appreciation autograph session at intermission.

Coming up on Peterborough Speedway’s 2026 schedule will be the year’s first showcase event, as KOD Disposal presents a 175-lap headliner for the APC Late Models, plus 50 laps for the Dayco Super Stocks Saturday, June 13th. The raceday docket will also include the home track Mini Stocks, plus the Trailers Plus Ontario Legend Car Series and Ontario Bandoleros. Grandstands open at 2:00, with a special 4:00 start time.

 

The active calendar at the popular Central Ontario oval continues Saturday, June 20th with the annual Kid’s Race Autism Awareness Night, in support of CNAF – The Canadian National Autism Foundation. On track action will include the Bone Stock, Renegade Truck, Late Model and the Nadeau’s Collision Junior Late Model divisions, plus the Can Am TQ Midgets, with Kid’s Bike Races as the intermission feature.

This month’s Peterborough Speedway’s line-up concludes with another Double Toonie/Fan Appreciation Night – presented by Pepsi – Saturday, June 27th. Catch the Mini Stock, Super Stock, Late Model and Junior Late Model divisions, plus the Ontario Legend Car Series with racing at 5:00.
