Ontario Legend Car Series Returns to Peterborough Speedway

After a trio of early season main events – including wins by Mitch Wright and a pair of victories from hometown runner Dawson Drimmie – at the Central Ontario known for Making Memories for Life, the Trailers Plus Ontario Legend Car Series will be back at Peterborough Speedway Saturday, July 6th, for the first time in more than a month.

 

“Heading into this weekend’s date at Peterborough, there is a logjam at the top of our point standings,” said Ontario Legend Car Series director and spokesperson Robin Jongen. “The top-5 drivers in the running order are just over 50-points apart. Over 30 different racers have scored points with the tour this year.”

 

With a typical race distance of 25 laps to settle the score, the Ontario Legend Car events at Peterborough Speedway featuring some strong competition throughout the starting line-up. The popular group always delivers edge of your seat racing excitement to fans of the Mount Pleasant Road layout, with the July 6th event presented by Einarson Trucking.
