Kingsway Auto Centre Returns as Peterborough Speedway Junior Late Model Sponsor
Right out of the box, the Junior Late Model division became a fan favourite at Canada’s Toughest 3rd Mile Oval.
Building on a solid foundation that saw more than a dozen of the talented young speedsters take the green flag during the 2022 line-up, Peterborough Speedway officials are pleased to announce that Kingsway Auto Centre will once again be the title sponsor for the track’s newest racing division. Track owner and promoter J.P. Josiasse says he’s happy to have Dwight Lavoie and the Kingsway Auto Centre team continue as a marketing partner of one of the track’s regular classes.
“On and off the track, Dwight Lavoie has been a fixture at Peterborough Speedway for many years,” Josiasse explained. “With feature race checkered flags and track championships to his credit, he also spent time as a member of the safety and technical inspection team. In addition to his passion for motorsports, Dwight has also been a volunteer coach in minor hockey where his competitive nature helped win a championship.”
