Family Racing Entertainment Comes to Life at Peterborough Speedway
With an ongoing commitment to Making Memories for Life, weekly action at Peterborough Speedway is a dream come true for Central Ontario race fans.
The 2026 schedule at the popular oval on Mount Pleasant Road continues with the opening of a new month Saturday, July 4th. Check out the home track Battlefield Equipment Rental Bone Stock, Trent Lakes Complete Plumbing Renegade Truck and Super Stock divisions, plus the Trailers Plus Ontario Legend Car and Ontario Bandolero Series. Timed spectator laps for King of the Hill will be the intermission feature. Grandstand gates open at 5:00, with racing at 6:00.
Peterborough Speedway has plenty of racing excitement throughout the season with a weekly line-up and special events for fans of nearly every type of racing
imaginable. Feed the need for speed and treat the family to a Saturday night short track showcase with some of the best action in the province. Top it off with some of the best race track food in the business, including fresh-cut fries from locally grown potatoes and add some delicious Kawartha Dairy ice cream from Whips n’ Licks.
Over the next few weeks, officials will treat fans to a trio of marquee events. Saturday, July 11th – as part of the Mid Season Bash, presented by New Country KX 105 – the OSCAAR Outlaw Super Late Models will highlight an event that includes the home track Mini Stock, Renegade Truck, Late Model and Jr. Late Models.
Saturday, July 18th the GEN-3 Electrical OMRS SportsMods Bill Pickford Memorial will be the showcase, along with the local Mini Stock and Super Stock teams, plus the Trailers Plus Ontario Legends and Ontario Bandoleros.
OSCAAR Modified and Hot Rod main events showcase a Saturday, July 25th outing with Bone Stock, Renegade Truck and Late Models. Grandstand gates open at 5:00, with racing at 6:00 for all July events.
