Junior Late Models Join the 2025 Autumn Colours Classic Line-Up
With edge of your seat excitement at every turn of the steering wheel, the Nadeau’s Collision Service Junior Late Models thrill the Peterborough Speedway crowd every time the class appears on the track’s raceday line-up.
Central Ontario’s Super Bowl of Stock Car Racing is less than a week away and the 32nd annual B&G Towing and Recovery Autumn Colours Classic will include the popular pack as part of the Saturday, October 11th racing schedule. Weekly home track runners will be joined by invaders from other tracks across the province as they look to claim one of the unique trophies that go to a weekend winner.
Even after suffering a serious hand injury after a crash in another division, Hudson Sellers clinched the 2025 track championship by just a couple of points over Oliver Gibbons. Brody Coates was 6 points behind, while Lucas Finnegan and Kaiden Beatty were both less than 40 markers in arrears of the top spot.
“We had close to 25 different teams come through the pit gates throughout the 2025 season,” said Peterborough Speedway track owner and promoter J.P. Josiasse. “Everyone knows that Autumn Colours Classic competition is an entirely new playground. They’ll all be bringing their best stuff to the track and it is truly anyone’s race to win.”
Along with the Outlaw Midgets, the Junior Late Model Models will run their Autumn Colours qualifying and feature events in a single day. The Saturday format will also include the 2nd round of Bone Stock, Mini Stock, Super Stock and OSCAAR Midget & Hot Rod qualifying, with the Bone Stock and Mini Stock “B” mains, plus the Ontario Legend Car Series non-winners race.
Full details for the 2025 B&G Towing and Recovery Autumn Colours Classic schedule can be found on the track’s social media platforms and pages. Advance tickets can be purchased by using the ‘buy tickets’ option on the track website. Passes can also be purchased in person on raceday. Pit passes can only be purchased at the pit gate. Anyone entering the pit area must present a completed speed waiver. Fans and racers are reminded that Peterborough Speedway is a ‘cash only’ facility. There is an ATM located inside the main grandstand entrance.
Saturday’s line-up will see grandstands open at 1:00, with racing starting at 3:30. www.peterboroughspeedway.com has event information including ticket pricing for the 32nd annual B&G Towing and Recovery Autumn Colours Classic.
